Week ago I went for a sonography test and found mild hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty infiltration. today I went for fibroscan which shows grade three fatty liver. Which test is more reliable? Did my fatty liver grade 1 develop to grade 3  just in a week?

A month back I had constipation and fue to which severe pain in my anus part after that pain was gone but itching is still there. Whenever I go to pass stool it start itching badly in anus part . Sometime even if i feel an urge to pass stool that time also it start itching. Also I still feel little pain and burning sensation with itching whenever I go to pass stool.
