Full body pain speciall back and abdomen feels like abdomen is stretched feeling of fullness even without eating any thing +fever 101 loose motion(stool.is just like yellow water fever is from 3-4 days but all other is from yesterday morning

In my throat swab test report Few epithelial cells,few gram positive cocci in pairs seen

I have took augmenting 625 took 10 tab & that completed on 150418 I m feeling boating type & no feeling hunger & feeling very hot at night,small red rashes on my back also what should i do,can you sujest any medicine to set off side effect
