wow dats great..well its nt things which becms slow bt its ur perception. we perceive various stimuli and hv sense of our surrounding. may be ur body get delayed sense of surrounding events which u perceive as slow motion. how coughing is related i cn only guess ..constant n vigorous coughing increase pressure on various region of body..may be dis working at the moment. again such a special ability like thing cud b psychiatric problem
