HIV virus attack ur immune system and mke u prone to trivial infection which won't cz a disease in general so report it to nearest govt hospital asap to start on ART(Anti Retroviral Therapy) they hv seperate confidential working system If u stay close by get it reported in either AIIMS or Safdarjung ART centre..these medicine r too costly thanks to our govt registered patients get it for free. ART has little side effects like nausea and vomitting bt plz nvr ever miss a dose as its life saving minor side effects cn be well tolerated.
Next Steps
get a hemogram done CD4counts After receiving ARTur immunity vl increase and all odr symptoms decrease with time tab dolo 650 to decrease earache fr nw
