My parents stay near Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, is there a clinic nearby which can come home and put couple of drops to my father who is very weak at the moment please.

Well, I am at the age of thirteen. I often feel dizzy when I woke up. My head ache sometimes. I feel back pain also. I am a nearsighted person. I use gadget everytime and I sleep for almost 6-7 hours. i just lay in our house all the time and use my phone. Until one time I got nose bleed, and then after three or four days. I got nose bleed too. Do you think is it just because lack of sleep and using too much phone?
