I am newly started going to the gym and wanted to know wether it's safe to cosume whey protein and if yes then the dosage?

I'm feeling now very very weak and not willing to take any type of food and few days ago i am also suffered from fever and after that loose motion also and now i'm feeling pain in body parts

Temperature b/w 98 to 99.6 for more than a week along with weakness. Got the blood test done (fever panel 2, blood culture, urine) Hb 10.6 Esr 59 Rest all was within range. Xray - both hila are prominent - seems vascular in nature. The doctor has prescribed Taxim for a week.

It's summer here in Rajasthan and i think i did not have a good food last night. Since morning I'm feeling like I'm about to vomit, I'm suffering from loose motion, my body is paining, my eyes are paining, I'm not able to sleep. I try to sleep but i can't sleep.

I got my full body test 2-3 daus back. And in the report my mchc is low(31.80); lymphocytes is 40.30; triglycerides is 173; HDL cholesterol is 36.20; LDL cholesterol is 114.20; VLDL cholesterol is 34.60; vitamin d,25- hydroxy, serum(CLIA) It's 21.89.. I want to know that are these pointing towards any kind of disease. And if yes then what type of? Please do help. Hope for sooner response ASAP.

I am having fever since day before yesterday. Look like it's viral . Went through CBC TEST . All the parameter looks fine . Prescribed with DOLO 650 . After taking medicine fever is getting reduced and again after some time fever is coming around 101 to 102.5. Can you please let me know that how Many days fever will persist? What is the treatment?? What food I should eat during fever? I am feeling too week. Weakness will there for how many days ??

From 8days and productive cough. Between 8days my cough was less but now this increases

Vitamin b12 is within in range only... 477 What food I should take... Çbç , thyroid , & jaundice report is also Normal
