Can I give Maxtra syrup for my 5 yr old son? If yes how much? Will it have any side effects? Or is Sinarest syrup better?

For the past few days I am having an acute stabbing like pain below my left chest I am taking brufen 400 twice for pain and azithral 250 twice for infection since three days how long does it take to cure permanently and what other precautions should I take regarding diet ,rest . Occasionally I also have a cough with a little phelgm which increases the pain kindly advise .I am diabetic and on medication my chest x ray and ECG are normal .

Had a lump in my throat since October. It flares up every month, and I cannot swallow or eat or drink during this time. My whole face swelled up once, and I have collapsed multiple times. I have been to Tammy GP multiple times, and everytime I get prescribed antibiotics, but these never resolve the issue, and it still comes back.

Hi my wife always has TLC in the range of 9 to 11 with no symptoms whatsoever. All other items in CBC report are normal. What could be the reasons. Is there anything serious as this is the case since many years. Should we get any further tests done. Kindly suggest

Since I was a child I was always what people would consider skinny. But about 4 years ago I did my best to change that. At that time I was about probably 45-50kg and 5'8''. And I always had low appetite. But I started to forcefully eat a lot and exercise a lot and gained about 10 kg and I continued this for 2 years and I was 73 kg. But one half years ago I came to Sydney and all of a sudden I lost 10 kg now I am just 63 kg. I do eat a lot of food now also but I cannot gain any weight. Help..

Blood Sugar fasting and PP 4. HIV 5. Hb1ac 6. VDRL 7. UTSH 8. Haemoglobin Electrophoresis Is this correct? Any changes?

I had cut myself with a razor accidentally while shaving two days ago. The cut stopped bleeding, but the redness of the mark was visible yesterday when I got a facial — collagen, salicylic acid, green tea, and a couple of other products were applied to my face. Shortly after, I was feeling really dizzy and felt foggy. Could some of the products have entered my bloodstream via my shaving cut? Could I have brain damage?
