Flu

Last night at about 12am i was exercising before bed. After i exercised i went to the bathroom to wash my face and then suddenly felt bad pain in my lower abdomen area and so i tried to go to the bathroom but it got worse and eventually i needed to wake up my mom. After what i think at least 25mins my mom gave me two Myprodols and the pain subsided It's been 24 hours now and it hasn't come back Should i worry about Appendicitis

I've got a very hard pain on my back, i can't walk or sit well, and its very hard to walk on the stairs. and the pain is to all my right foot
