Backbone pain
I've got a very hard pain on my back, i can't walk or sit well, and its very hard to walk on the stairs. and the pain is to all my right foot

back pain sounds like its related to your back spinal vertebrae. it could also be sciatica or just weak spinal muscles. you might want to take a lower back Xray and consult an orthopedician about it.
