Hi, Recently I am witnessing a sharp pain in my upper chest area, whenever I am bending over & twisting my shoulders. What this can be?

I felt like i had pulled a muscle in my upper left back/shoulder area. Coupe of days later left thumb and index start to increase. Numbness spreading up left arm. Shoulder blade pain pretty much constant. Intense discomfort and sporadic stabbing sensation in back. Please help.

Moved to Scotland from the US on September 7. Since I’ve had diarrhea for 3:5 weeks, blood in urine and stool, vomiting for a week and a half, severe stomach pain. Only change in diet has been that I’ve been drinking the tap water. No thermometer but I’m pretty sure I’ve had a fever for a few days.

I am on day 15 of my last period and still going bright red and clts, should I be worried what can cause this? I also have cramps.

My wife got post natal fever, it was NVD here in local hospital. After that we did urine R/E and PUS cells were numerous and we were started with anti biotics but to no avail. After that we were hospitalized and did all blood and urine tests and all were negative or normal, in CT scan enlarged lymph nodes were observed for that they took a small surgery for biopsy which was also normal, we also did brucilla test and it was negative, its now turned into PUO. please guide
