PUO for more than 2 months

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife got post natal fever, it was NVD here in local hospital. After that we did urine R/E and PUS cells were numerous and we were started with anti biotics but to no avail. After that we were hospitalized and did all blood and urine tests and all were negative or normal, in CT scan enlarged lymph nodes were observed for that they took a small surgery for biopsy which was also normal, we also did brucilla test and it was negative, its now turned into PUO. please guide

She is most probably suffering from urinary tract infection. In this case, i would like to give antibiotics like martifur or septran under supervision. Is there any yeast cells or any fungal eliment in the urine? Blood culture and sensitivity would help in treatment.
