Hi , my grand mother is suffering from vomiting since morning and if we give her medicine then all food and medicine come out through vomitting. She is feeling very weak . Please suggest what should we can giver her in food or fruit . She has diabetes and cough .

Having severe headache since 4 days. Also back pain since 4 days. Fever is there since yestersay night... around 100.5 or less. No nausea or vomiting. Took an off today and slept most of the day. still headache is there. It is on top of the head (crown area). no throat infection or cold kind of symptoms. I know we should drink water after one hour of eating meal or any food.. but when we eat porridge rice we will drink porridge water while eating.. because we mixed both porridge water and rice together to eat... So we will drink porridge water while eating rice... We are drinking porridge water while having meal na, is it ok...? What will happen...? Any digestive problems...? Is it hard to digest...? Is it ok...?
