Suffering from piles
Sir Since three years I am suffering from piles , sometimes it bleeds mostly during winters. Suggest medicine so that I may feel relief.

These following steps may help: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight as per your BMI - Exercise regularly - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals - Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements
