Headache, back pain and fever
Having severe headache since 4 days. Also back pain since 4 days. Fever is there since yestersay night... around 100.5 or less. No nausea or vomiting. Took an off today and slept most of the day. still headache is there. It is on top of the head (crown area). no throat infection or cold kind of symptoms. BP is also normal 130/90.. got it checked by a nurse. plz help.

Ok... Just simply take Paracetamol 650mg tablet one now and one in morning... And if not relief by tomorrow noon then go for lab report of CBC and consult doctor online on practo.
