Fever is repeated with body ache and headache.doctor said it's viral Cbc and platele normal.what could be reason. Can we do other test.

Hi all, very worried to tell dis yesterday i had blood test everything is normal but my thyroid T3 levels are above reference, its TSH : 2.33 uUI ml  Free T4 : 1.3 ng ml and Free T3 : 8.4 pg ml, can any one please help is my T3 is abnormal? did i having hyperthoridsm ? i dint talk to my family still as cant see any doctor as its sunday, is this serious

3months back  a girl i know who is hiv positive passed away and her relatives washed only forehead and legs of deadbody which is refrigerated for 24hrs by rubbing her forehead and feet by wearing gloves and then they dipped their hand with gloves in mug of water and then unknowingly i dipped my hand to pour water and my worry is i had small cuts on my thumb.Does this cause any transmission through my cuts ? pls clarify my doubt
