Fluctuating BP
Hi my BP is fluctuating when ever I check . Some time it shows 160/90 , 149/90 . What I need to do

Consult a doctor in person. No excuses. You must be evaluated for kidney disease or any other disease that causes secondary hypertension. You are too young to develop essential hypertension. Two or more readings above 160/95 usually warrants treatment. Get a ABPM, ambulatory Blood pressure Monitoring done if it is normal at some time and high at other times.
