Hello Dr, I am suffering from cold for 5 days and from yesterday I felt as fever. Didn't ck the temperature. Didn't use any antibiotics so far. Just used Crocin for 3 times. Suggest me done medicine that can let me get rid of it. Thanks

For the past 3 days I have been having a weird vibration/buzzing in my anus/rectum area which is something I’ve never had before. I have been having problems with my stomach which I believe is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have had it for about 2-3 months now. I have been taking 75 Mcg tablet. In my last report my TSH was 5.09 and hence the doctor did not increase the dosage but now after 3 months again I got tested and the tsh is 6. The doctor advised me to take 100 MCG for 1.5 months and again get tested. Today I took the tablet but I am feeling very Drowsy lazy and tired. Is it having an adverse effect?
