What is treatment for cold urticaria
I, female, 23 visited very cold areas of our country for the first time with family. After coming I developed rashes which had actually started over there itself. Doctors have confirmed it as urticaria or to be precise they said it to be cold urticaria. What is the treatment for cold urticaria?

treatment is usually home remedies : Avoid irritating affected areas.
Avoid whatever you think may have triggered your reaction, such as facing into a cold wind or swimming in cold water.
Minimize vigorous activity, which can release more irritants into your skin.
Use over-the-counter antihistamines to help relieve the itching.
