Cold treatment
I have cold for the past two weeks. I am having hot milk with turmeric but it's not working. Also use mustard oil in my nose last night, I feel my nose is choked. What should I do ?
Should I take medicine for that if yes please advise!

Please do steam inhalation thrice daily and take Tab. Levocetrizine 5mg once at bedtime for relief
