Getting small weak boils which on touching burst and have a slight fever, what might be causing this?

I am having dizziness n head reeling from last 10 days.. last three I had periods n head reeling z even more.

My sister is staying with us who is having a 9 month baby boy. He has a habit of putting everything in his mouth. Now he has got loose motions also. What are the treatments for loose motions in babies? Is there any remedy in homoeopathy? As I have heard that homoeopathy is safe for children.

Today morning i ate chicken with curd rice. i did not eat like this before. I already suffered from dengue when I was 13 yrs old Now currently I have fever with a slight feelings of vomit But till now I haven't vomit So is this dengue?does dengue repeat?

Patient was frequently having fever last few days and was under treatment with a doctor but no relief. She admitted two days back in hospital. All reports are normal. Platelets count was 2.97 lacs yesterday. No fever since 2 days. She is feeling better but today doctor said dengue is positive.as per report as report is ready just now. Is it possible that platelets are normal no fever as of now but dengue is there???
