My wife has been suffering from hypothyroidism for past 2 month's. Her TSH has increased after taking medication for a month (50 mcg eltroxine). Now doctor has suggested increased dosage of 100 mcg for 2 month's before going for another blood t test. Also suggested to go on low glycemic content diet. Wanted to check 2nd opinion

I am suffering from gas problem in morning only gas paas no motion occur. I have shownmany doctors since 1 year.Every doctor says your food not digest. My endoscopy negative. Lft,kft,iron, all body test negative. My current medicine prothiaden 50 mg three times a day after meal. Two times empty stomach pan it for gas. For constipation freego powder lactitol monohydrate+ isabgol at night. Petril MD 0.5 mg at night. UNIENZYME two times after meal and rifagut 400mg two times after meal. But only 50% relief by rifagut. I think I have stomach infection. Should I take ornof or azithral500 mg two times plz suggest.

I have high fever (102) and body ache, pain in the back side of the eye since yesterday. I went for test for dengue and malaria but they said the results will be negative for 4 days.

Headache since 3 days coming periodically use some tablets but not working I think it's inside the right neck bone to head internal pain but not heavy it's tide feeling all the small works.

Can stomach be bloated due to gas? I am 36 year old male and usually in evenings I get this bloating of stomach. It is very obvious as it becomes too tight. I am not sure whether it is gas. Can I know other reasons of bloating stomach complaints and what can help me to solve this bloating?
