My sister, 25 was started on Akt 4 initially on September 15th. Then in october first week she developed drug induced jaundice with abnormal lft. Then doctor stopped ATT and treated with Ethambutol, Amikacin and Moxifloxacin for a week. Then he added Rifampin alone with Ethambutol and Moxifloxacin. As it was tolerated he added Isoniazid too and it too tolerated. Now she's on Rifampin 450, Isoniazid 300 (RCinex) and Ethambutol 600 (Mycobutol) with Pyridoxine 40 (Benadon). She also underwent exploratory laparotomy before starting ATT as doctor was not able to identify the cause of extreme loss of appetite, weight loss, abdominal swelling and ct suggested of small bowel perforation. Then everything was cured and her appetite improved. Before jaundice, she was 40 kg. After jaundice her weight reduced to 38.3 kg. Now lft is normal. But she has gained only half kg in the last month. But doctor saying not to care about weight as she's feeling better. Please tell why she's not gaining weight.

My body temperature usually rises to 99-100 degrees F during evenings. This has been happening for the past few weeks. I also start to feel a bit of tiredness in my limbs at the same time. I did a blood test for CBC, Dengue and Typhoid. All tests were normal. I have noticed my immunity level has gone down as I have been contracting flu and infections very often in the past few months.

How many times in a day dolo 650 can be taken ? Please inform me minimum period required in two dosage.

I have fever that is hovering around 101 from past two days. I don't have any severe headache or bodyache. After taking the mentioned antibiotics, I started having frequent watery bowel movement. First few rounds of the bowel movements were smelly and later ones were more watery and less smelly. I don't have cough. I have the blood test report which says malaria is negative. Medications were started before the test report was available.

Feeling weakness and full body paining.had fever 3 days ago.i also had skin infection and i toom allergic medicine for it

I had a sudden pain in the left side of my chest and my head started feeling dizzy after that. I have been feeling dizzy from a few days and having headaches. My chest also feels tight at times. Feel very uncomfortable.

There was sebaceous cyst near left breast we had consulted 4 doctors and all of them they  suggested us to get it operated ..she was operated on 5th Nov at TMH( Tata main hospital) they said the stitches have to cut after 8 or max of 10 days with regular dressing but during dressing and even during the cutting of the stitches puss has came out .. now we are in great dilemma abt what happened n now what to do .. I request the general surgeons to plz help me n give suggestions.

Sometimes whenever I touch and apply pressure on my chest i feel little pain from my chest (mainly from right side). What are the possible reasons for this problem? And one thing I should tell you that my ent doctor is treating me for LPRD problem? Is this serious problem? Please tell me some solutions of this problem.

Since yesterday I am feeling like fever weakness but no temperature dry mouth no appetite joined pain taken paracetamol but no remady.please advice what to do.thank you.
