He is having fever,dry mouth,body pain, headache and synus. Which medicine to take please. He is working in night shift basically and there is continuous traveling involved.

I was down with dengue fever (detected on 2 nov'18) and been admitted on same day in hospital ( from 2 to 10 nov'18). After discharge on 10-nov'18, my platlet count was approximately 70k after one week on 17-nov'18 platlet count reached to 2.39 lakh again after one week on 24th nov it decreased to 1.37 lakh and now today it is 1.19 lakh Please confirm is there any issue why my platlet decreased from continuously last two weeks or it is normal? + i have some pain in joints and in back too

During the test i had cold and cough and my blood pressure is 140/90 and iam feeling stressed and tensed at the time of test..report says elevated wbc and gran# as wbc is normal below 11 and gran# 7... Do i need to worry or do i need to take any other medical tests.

My father has been having fever from 30 days. Morning the temperature is 98-99°. By evening temperature rises to 100-101°. Initially he took dolo but later that also isn't reducing fever. There is no other symptoms, his chest x rays is clear, blood reports are normal, also tested for tb which is also normal.  He is very tired all the time. Unable to find the problem. Already visited 2 senior doctors couldn't come to any conclusion. Please help
