What is best medicine to relief from cold headache and fever .plz suggest me any medicine from that I got relief

I suffer from cough last one week and i am taking continuous cough syrup.. and today cough come with blood..

I had done a skin biopsy on last saturday. I had 3 stitches.Doctor told me to remove the dressing on wednesday ( yesterday) and stitch on coming saturday. But now also i had slight pain and small drops of blood oozes out from the stitch. Doctor gave me antibiotics for 5 days and the antibiotic course is over by yesterday. Is there any problem in my wound? Why is blood drops coming ? Should i do dressing again? If yes, with what medicine should i do dressing? Photo is attached to this question

I have been sneezing alot throughout the day. Like 30-35 time a day. And my nose is always blocked. Because of sneezing my throat is also itching. Due to these symptoms sometimes I feel heaviness in my head also. What should I do? Is there any blood test needed? I feel like I am having an allergy from dust.

I'm a 38 yr old male and off late am facing of abnormal cramps in particularly my left leg while walking,the cramp is mainly in and around the calf muscles and the thigh.The right leg though does not cramp up.I've nit had any injury in my left leg part from a shard of glass which had gone through my foot and was lodged there.It later got taken out by surgery and the place has completely healed too.

I make a mixture of lemon juice(1) ,and natural aelovera and coconut hail oil and want to apply on  face. Is it good or bad for my oily skin . Need suggestions
