It has almost 6 days that I have been suffering from fever with body pain, headache sometimes i feel a sudden heaviness in head and sudden change in body temperature mostly but without cough or running nose

Hi I am 31 year old male and after eating food in a hotel over the weekend I have started with loose stools since yesterday. I have passed stools today for around 5-6 times today with lots of weakness and body ache. Kindly suggest some quick treatment for loose stools and body ache.

Was having headache quite frequently in the evening ... Consulted doctor and further tests revealed I was very deficient in Vitamin B12... Doctor gave 3 injections and recommended a dosage of Vitamin B12 tablets for next 3months ...I took d tablets piously for next 15 days but I lost d name nd d doctors reciept after that ... I need to restart my Vitamin B12 tablets ...I also feel that since I am a vegetarian I should be starting with a multi vitamin tablet on daily basis....I had amyway nutrition in my mind.  .... Can you suggest me whether I should I have multi vitamin tablet or only a good vitamin B12 tablet ...looking forward to your suggestions... Thank You
