This is regarding piles and fissure operation. She was following homeopathy for a while, it helps but doesn't solve the issue completely. She wants to go for surgery, so that this can be settled completely. I understand, this is possible using LASER, which is probably less painful and convenient. But I want suggestions on the same. Whether doing this is safe and what are the possible side effects ? Where I can do this in Bangalore ? How much time it might take to recover completely post operation ?
