Sir actually during when I wake up my temp 8s between 97.6-98,afternoon sometimes it is 99-99.6,evening it is normal.if any excertion evening it increases sometimes to 99,sometimes normal ,this happens from past 8mnths ,before that thypoid got and treated widal o&h is 1:40 but temp variations are there ,doctors suggested that all tests are done but all are normal ,now today I am suffering from cold,light throat pain and head ache ,and fever during wakeup is 99 and now it is 100 ,till now not taken antiboitics or tablets ,taken norvent d syp ,pls suggest me the tablets,

I want to get a full body check up done. Ehat are the tests that needs to be done for the same and where should i get it fone from

For 2-3 days my throat feels blocked from one side. I can breathe and swallow fine. No weight loss no hoarseness. I do have a post nasal drip. Please suggest some remedy.

It feels like my eyes are strained and I move my eyebrows up frequently to feel better. I had gone for eye checkup. She said my eyes are fine. She says my eyes are too dry. I blink my eye very less. So she suggested one eyegel to keep my eyes wet. I wear specs for correction (-3 and -3.25). And specs are also ok. Is it sinus or eyestrain or a tic?

I am having Lower and Upper backpain, severe headache, vomiting sesations, feel sudden weakness in the body. I am not ablt to digure out what is this problem.

From last 3 days I am facing muscle pain in front right side of neck, comes and goes randomly. Yesterday after taking bath I had huge pain in myright side of neck, trapezious, little bit in upper chest,  and my upper back. So I took a diaclofamac-sodium 60mg and paracetamol 325mg, (I don't remember name of that tablet but it was given by an dentist, a grey color tablet in square shape). And applied omnigel in whole area then took rest for about 2 hours in noon. Later It felt well but still I have heaviness in all paining areas and but no pain right now neck muscle from bottom still pains randomly for few seconds to minutes. Few days back I completed course of antibiotics for typhoid. Presently I am taking rabevera 30/20mg for indigestion and manol nutra for weakness once a day in morning. The pain in muscle is from base of neck, and jaw.

Is there specific food items which need to avoided if we have high IgE ? ........I have it around 604
