I have LIPOMA since last few months, and day by day it is getting multiplied on my stomach. Is there any way to cure or control the growth of LIPOMAS

I have been experiencing with burning eyes since March this year. Have consulted many doctors but apparently my eyes are completely fine and I "might" have dry eyes. However, I do use systane ultra eye drops 4-5 times a day which doesn't help me in anyway. Now I am trying to clean my eyes daily with warm compress and baby shampoo. Also, as I am a vegetarian I am unable to receive omega3 fatty acid in a good amount. It is known to be good for eye health. Can anyone suggest a good omega 3 supplement so that I can consume it for better eye health.
