In Chlamydia IgG antibody panel,serum,Chlamydia trachomatis found 0.2 (-ve),Chlamydia pneumoniae found 1.42(+ve).symptoms are rectal itching,sore throat,frequent cough,cold.kindly suggest medication.

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old. I am obese 107kg. I have Asthma, urticaria, GERD problems. Past 2 months I am taking deep breath and yawning a lot. During continuous speech I get shortness of breath. Recently 2D Echocardiogram was taken for me on the advice of Cardiologist, since my ordinary Echocardiogram taken at reputed hospital had shown mild PAH, trivial TR, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. This time 2D Echocardiogram was done by another Cardiologist. He said everything is normal. Only Trivial TR. No PAH. No Diastolic dysfunction. I noticed that the report states Right Atrial outflow tract is Abnormal Turbulent flow present in systole. What is this? Please clarify I am worried.

Hii, my husband is having headache and lack of freshness in eyes along with mild fever. He feels dizziness and also not able to walk for long time. He felt tired soon. He had same symptoms 20 days ago.Doc said he is having viral fever. After taking med symptoms gone. I wanted to know that what is his actual problm and whom should be consulted? Thanks

Please educate me. I have occasional constipation (particularly on the day I wake up late) and IBS. I can't say it is exact IBS because my stomach is not getting clear in single bowelmovement. Generally my first bowel movement starts after 1.45 hours of wake up. Then 2nd time from 45 miNutes to 60 minutes of 1st bowelmovement.. 3rd time after 30 minutes to 60 minutes of brake fast.
