In dengue report if test value =  4.395 ISR Cut-off Value =1.0 ISR and Test Results says " Reactive" . What is the meaning of it ?

Pls let me know what is this report in my blood and urine samples.I would like to know what is the Infection in it.

Hello For last Sunday i am having headache or feeling like heavy head. I also feel burning sensation in palm and feet. But in thermometer nothing significant is recorded. Doctor is saying its viral and i am taking antibiotics with paracetamol. But my problem still persists and it feel like symptoms is suppressed for sometime after taking medicine. Kindly let me know if i should visit neurologist or some other doctor like eye specialist.

Hi My dog bite me and my dog anti rabies vaccination is 25 days late and when she bite me its vaccinated from antirabies vaccine...that time i wash wound for 2 minutes with running water and detol..and in 30 minutes i take anti rabies vaccine with tatnis injection and later i smoke and the date is 15-06-2019 then i take anothr vaccine is 18-06-2019 tjen i take another vaccine one day early 21-06-2019 then i take another vaccine on 28-06-2019 and then last vaccination on 12-07-2019 i am worried now can i get rabies in future and also my dog is healthy and loving... there is some irritaion in wound...please help
