I am diagnosed as vitamin d and folate deficiency and I'm taking Homin d3 supplement since yesterday and feeling nausea. Shall I continue the medicine?

Hi.. My wife is suffering from some of the below problems. 2 weeks before she was ill coz of fever and cough. (1) After that her whole body is trembles anytime in a day/night. Is this coz of medicine or injection which she takes on fever and cough?? (2) She is still feeling hungry after her breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Her hunger is increasing day by day. (3) She also feels like tiredness and her feet are swollen. (4) Family Doctor advised me to give her Tab ZINCOVIT for benefits to get Vitamins in her body. Shall we take Zincovit as Dr suggested to take this for 1 month. Please help us to know why she is feeling such things? and give us advise.

Hello, My mother got a regular blood test and results came like  Caesium >6 and LEAD is 266.98 ug/L.. She is home maker and never eats out side food.. She frequently gets headache.  What could be the reason for elevated levels of these elements and can this be cured?. Thanks a lot in advance 🙏

For last few days I am getting pain in my feet whenever I sit for some time and then get up. It also happens in the morning as well. After a little walk it goes away but comes back again if I sit for a while. What might be the cause.
