Hi sir I have a pain on left side lower lip up and down pain.. Don't y plz suggest me . Near nose down

There is a heavy pain in stomach from last 5 hour . I ate pudeen hara but got no relief.then after I take endospas plus but still there is no relief.

I have thyroid detected last month. Even after taking medecines, it has increased little bit. I am trying to manage my work life balance by taking food on time, doing exercise etc to keep myself healty. But meanwhile my manager is asking me to join night shift and i know it will affect my thyroid. Does doctor will help me with written advise to not to do night shift which i can show or submit in office?
