Flu

I have been suffering from mild fever, fatigue and lower calves pain . I am talking dolo 650 but it's been 3 days. Feeling too weak. What should I do ?

He is suffering from fever for past two days, today he has taken Azithromycin but fever shoots upto 102.1 degree F at night. He is feeling more sick now. Fever didn't go beyond 101 degree F in past two days but we are worried that his condition didn't improve after taking first dosage of antibiotic. Apart from fever, he is having blocked nose, throat pain & body ache. Please suggest what to do if Azithromycin doesn't work! Normally, do Azithromycin reduce fever on day1 of treatment?

I was diagnosed with hypertension 4 years back. Since last year i was taking 300 mg of isrbesartan along with 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothizade.my bp was well controlled ranging around 125/80. I started working out and has reduced my weight by 10 kgs, by dosage went from above mentioned to only 300 mg of isrbesartan to recently to 150 mg of isrbesartan, my current bp ranges from 110-120/65-75.i still over weight according to bmi, i workout 6 days a weak ( 30 min of high intensity cardio and 45 min of moderate weight training) My problem is that whenever i get up from sitting position or lying down position i feel very dizzy with sometime blackout for a sec or 2. What should i do.

My 2 year daughter has fever 101 degrees. What should be the dosage for calpol 250mg. What should be the frequency? She weighs 10.2kg
