Poor bowel function
Please educate me. I have occasional constipation (particularly on the day I wake up late) and IBS. I can't say it is exact IBS because my stomach is not getting clear in single bowelmovement. Generally my first bowel movement starts after 1.45 hours of wake up. Then 2nd time from 45 miNutes to 60 minutes of 1st bowelmovement.. 3rd time after 30 minutes to 60 minutes of brake fast. Problem is actually with 3rd bowelmovement.. I am feeling some urge. of pack) helps me slightly during travel. Ayurveda medicines causing constipation. Please advise why it could be. And it's genetic too. STRICTLY NO AYURVEDA or HOMEOPATHY

Hello sir it’s slow gastric motility. You need to kick start your gastric motitility and strengthening of intestinal bacterial flora. I would suggest you following measure Drink warm water 2 glasses at night and in the morning at 11 am and 3 pm Take Syp Cremaffin at night 2 tsf at 10pm night Take plain curd with bf and dinner at room temperature Dinner at 8 PM after that no meals except Syp Cremaffin at 10 pm with 2 glasses of warm water Take Vit B12 and Folic Acid 1 tablet And Omeprazole with levosulpride 1 tab 30 mts prior to BF and Dinner Continue this for 15 days Consult me online if you wish to
