I had an ice cream last week and the next day I got sore throat. At times I feel a bit warm but on checking body temperature it shows normal. I have been taking LCZ Plus tablets twice a day and the cold is better now. But the entire day I feel very fatigued and uneasy. I need to get fine ASAP since my exams are approaching and am unable to concentrate properly due to this weakness. What shall I do?

Hi I'm a thalassemia minor and have iron deficiency. Minors are advised not to take iron supplements, but my ferritin level was 5.2 -and range is 12-150. Are there substitute supplements that I can take to cover up the deficiency. I have a pale skin colour and get tired early. What should I do?
