  4. A rope like pain. To cure it quickly?

A rope like pain
I am suffering from a hard line like thing inside my thigh or groin area it is not visible but can be feeled it is severely painful i am suffering from fever to from the day it started what is it. Is it gilti? if no what is it and how to cure it quickly
