Facing hairfall since two months. I have a oily scalp. But it is not so oily these days. Hair is falling tremendously

It started with sneezing, half blocked nose now. Have fever. Feeling weak from inside. Short breath. Little bit coughing is there.

I Have got mouth ulcer infection . when I drink any think hot it irritates near the infection  .What medicine can I take?

Experiencing irregular pains at intervals above left breast. At times the pain extends to left hand as well. On taking deep breath it subsidize.

I fall down from stairs and the weight of body came on my shoulder now its paining when i lift my hand up. The pain is on the side of hand near shoulder area. I fall down 2 weeks ago but pain is not going. Sometimes it pain too much .. i can swing my left hand but cannot lift up wight straight or my hand straight up. Its paining then.. any medication? Or will take tym to heel.? Or any ointment or any therapy required? Please suggest

Hello doctor, I am a nursing mom. I had started to feel pain in my back as i woke up after a night sleep. but I feel quite normal rest of the day. I mean i feel no pain through out the day it just in the morning after a night sleep. but My condition of pain increased from mild to severe now i feel pain all the day even my leg with neck and shoulder started to pain. please suggest something. should a consultant a physician or an orthopedist. what can be the case? thank you.

My wife is suffering with pain since 2 days. She has pain from wrist to elbow and sometime upper part of elbow. Googled it and found it's CTS but we are not sure. Please provide any physiotherapy or medication. Tried ecospirin 150 mg last night but no use.

Hi I get headaches almost every alternat days, I travel 30km to office daily with 1-2hrs in heavy traffic and onc I reach home my hear already starts aching and sometimes the pain is so bad that I dont like to eat food or do anything but just sleep. Pls let me know in case any natural remedy to help reduce this.
