I have vitamin d & b12 deficiency I am having lower back pain vitamin d deficiency causes lower back pain?

Complains - fatigue , pricking senstaion in lowr limb ,burning sensation in fool ,Low hb levels since past 2 yrs (9.4-10.5) after multiple  courses of iron ,vitb12,vitd, calcium ..hemorrhoids -controlled bleeding since past 1year .recurrent hx of bloating abd pain (gastritis),constipation  . Hx of GERD hemorrohids asthma and back ache  Current inv - hb 9.7, ESR 20 hba1c 5.77, FBS 97 , ..vit b12 via inhection weekly for a mnth and vit d once a week contiuing for 2 more weekz .. No other medication except PPI on daily basis . Kindly suggest what can be the cause for low hb and in which direction to go?

Had slight fever but the major concern is he has no proper sleep from last 3 days even after taking the sleeping pill. Kindly help

For tonsils and high fever I tool antibiotics and completed 3 days course however now I have developed cough and it painful.

Hi From last day my son is suffering from his age 20month Visited to doctor he diagnosed and given prescription as follows Retherma AC & meftol ,first retherma AC if fever not gone then meftol after 1hour the same we follow from last 3days.Till the medicine effect gone then again fever comes 104 and above in entire body, from last night fever is only on head but not on whole body . Please advise

Viral fever and throat infection, there is body ache and head ache too... I'm concerned my puppy has recently come to our house and she keeps nipping me there is no injury... But is it because of that or just the regular viral infection

I got fever on 26th July, it comes 3 to 4 times every day that too 103 degree , nothing is coming in reports did ESR, CBC, Malaria so I got afraid its been 4 days am suffering from fever, normal paracetamol is not helping me,have to take Meftal Forte to control fever. After 4 days in test typhoid is diagnosed I started antibiotics for typhoid & 6th day onwards fever stop coming But after that I got soo much weakness, taking fruits coconut water semi liquid diet but there is no improvement whole day I hve to sleep cant sit also Pls let me know how to get rid of this killing weakness
