My RHeumatoid factor range result is 20 what is that mean, what is the treatment pl give me information sir

I am 20 and i am always stressed about small issues and i always panic a lot in small things which lowers my workability Please suggest some way out

While scratching on the skin I have teared my skin do I have to take tetanus injection please tell me.

I am having itching from last 2 weeks on hands below shoulder and legs.after itching that area seems with red bumps.I am attaching image also

I was injected by a contaminated needle by a doctor on 27th of June 2019. On 07 Aug 2019 I suddenly got fever around  100.5° F and I didn't have any other symptoms such as cold, cough etc.Just fever out of nowhere. On 09 Aug 2019 i.e. right after 42 days I went for few test and my TLC count was 4000 i.e. on borderline . I never ever had a TLC below 5200. Typhidot, dengue, chikungunya and Malarial parasite QBC all are negative. I also went for an hiv test on the 42nd day and it came out to be negative. The test was a rapid card test whose report is attached for your perusal please. Can after 42 days we expect an accurate result of HIV from HIV card test? Are there any other reason because of which TLC count comes low ? Does a person with tuberculosis have a low TLC count ?

My aunty has rough nails and sometimes it breaks and looks very odd, I want to know why its happening?

Today is first day of disease. All in sudden, feeling cold in night and fever started. Severe headache and little coughing started from next day morning (today). Dolo 650 taken twice today Monticope A taken twice today Zathrin 500 mg taken once today Above prescribed by Chemist (medical store). Is it right prescription? any change in dose or medicine?...

For last 2 days ... suffering from headache and fever... fever is coming down in the daytime and comes back in the night... very mild headache... took tab dolo 650 in the morning ... now again feel so tired and feverish

I had a check up with gyno and came to know I have piles. It's not painful right now just a hindrance. How can I treat it. Will it go by taking medication or will I need some procedure for it. Also let me know steps to prevent it from happening or any food restrictions to follow
