Flu

Take 12 dolo 650 tablets at a time 48 hrs ago. 1stly vomiting nd loose motions were there overslept for whole day, now all things feel normal but stomach is always bloating and feels fuller. What should I do? Will Eno or other things work? Or I shoud consult Dr. No other issues its  just stomach bloating. No.pain

My sister is having dengue since 9 days but her plateletes is not increasing.we have infused 3 times plateles but again it's coming down by 6k .sometimes more sometimes less.we have heard once we give plateletes ,it automatically starts in increasing. Please help on this

My Daughter have fever since yesterday and it was 103 after giving sponge bath and calpolo 250 3.5ml it was bit reduced for one hour and again Temperature was 102.2 I give metal p 5ml and after few mins temperature came down. Can we give meftal p 5ml along with calpolo 3.5ml if the temperature not comming down after giving calpolo. Please suggest. Thanks in Advance

I am having cough from 4 days. Initially I was spitting mucus but now it dry. I also experience heaviness in breathing especially when I sleep. It's like I have to put in more effort to breath and there is some sound also in throat while breathing.
