Hello, Since around 10 days, my right hand is paining in a weird way. Most of the time, it's fine. Whenever I do activities like even a single ball throw, it become very painful. I can't lift heavy weight or do any pull ups now. Any load on it or jerks starts paining which keeps increasing until I stop focusing on it or take pain medicine. Please suggest.

I had a severe cold and cough last week and I took medications for the same sudin cold and corex ls syrup but the symptoms haven't subsided totally, I'm still experiencing cough and runny nose and I daily travel 20-25 km in scooter to college, can that be a reason for catching cold cuz its too windy while I travel .
