I have vitamin b12 deficiency...when should I take vitamin 2b12 capsule...in morning or at night or doesn't matter?

I'm suffering from on-off back pain due to infection (mild to moderate ). I have taken antibiotic given by my doctor for 2 days... Only mild relief. My CBC report was fine except slight increase in WBC 11400... Also my Vitamin D3 is 3... When Will I get a complete relief?

Hi. I recently got my blood test done. I was having recurring fever with severe sore throat mainly on the right side and little joint pain. My reports says that my REACTIVE PROTIEN IS positive. Am attaching my blood reports. Pls guide. Am very much worried. Am I fine? Pls guide doctors.

I am experiencing prolonged muscle ache of both my thighs these two weeks and have taken paracetamol on 15/8 due to headache. I didn't feel well after I ended my work at 1.30am. After returning from work, I didn't rest well, suffered from the muscle ache and unable to walk properly. Thus, I don't think that I can work for two shifts from 10am(16/8) to 1am (17/8) with only an hour break. I applied for an unpaid leave (16/8) and had my rest in my room instead of consulting doctor. I am thinking of consulting doctor on 17/8 but requesting for MC with dated 16/8. Will it be possible that I can get the MC of the day before the consultation?

Please read my Report and consult me whether all my reports are normal or not? Kindly suggest and advice me according to my Lab Test Results.

M suffering from extreme loose motion watery stools since yesterday morning and have taken certain medicines like Oflochem, Oflotas and Lipomed at certain intervals however after taking Lipomed last night my stool was under control and i didnt need to rush to bathroom.yesterday I had watery stools thrice in morning and twice in evening.Ihad taken Oflotas yestrday morning and Lipomed at night. But again this morning I am having same watery stools.and a tendency of vomiting and not feeling like eating anything.I just vomited once yesterday evening.Please suggest some medicine which would help to control watery stool and vomiting tendency as I need to travel outstation today.
