I had a dog bite on 14th and immediat ely took Rabies vaccine, tetanus as prescribed by doctor. I took the 2nd dose too. But now the injury is turning yellowish and it is still paining. I had the bite last year also and I took ARS that time. What should I do now.

I'm having severe muscle pain in legs from many months. Which specialist should I consider for my case? Pain is mostly there when I wake up in morning and eventually fades away. Whom should I consult for this?

Hi Doctor's, I see blood spots in the morning when I clear my throat and nose since last few days. This has happened earlier many times and 6 months ago I did consulted pulmonologist and performed Chest X-ray CT SCAN. Everything was normal. Now it's been more than 3 months that I have quit smoking and just need an advice if it's a serious concern to worry and need any treatment .

Can bronchitis happen without cough and only symptoms are shortness of breath nasal congestion and slight chest pain in morning and excessive of gas production in see stomach.

I was diagnoised by geographic tongue in July 2019. Vitamin B12 was less so took medicine for that but geographic tongue did not go away. I was facing burning while urination issue as well which was diagnosed as chronic prostatitis. During this time I tool antibiotics multiple times. I am facing skin itching issue as well which was duagnoised as chronic urticaria. I do not get any hives on skin. Sking just turns red and then becomes normal after sometime. I was told to take Levosiz 5mg for that. Itching goes away for 2 to 3 days and then come again and I have to take medicine again. I was told to get my Thyroid profile checked. T3 and T4 were normal but TSH was 22.46. HBA1c was 6.2. ESR 7, TLC 5.21, RBC 5.30. I am taking thyroxine 50mg for the past 2 weeks. Please suggest what should be done and to which doctor should I consult. My age is 36 and weight is 93kgs.

What are the tests that are performed to check if there's any hormonal imbalances??? What are the symptoms of Hormonal imbalance?

Hello Dr. I am having a back pain. It is frequent. But when it happens, it's not barrable. How can it be cured.

Since last 2 months i was suffering from Stomach issues, cramp, abdominal pain, abnormal motions, mild fever (upto 99.6), red eyes, headache. Consulted 2 Gastro during this one said its infection and given twice infection course zifi, satrogyl and then Nizonide 3 days. After that he has said to do lots of tests like colonoscopy endoscopy biopsy ct scan and blood tests. Than i have taken opinion of one more senior gastro of Noida he said no need for tests its IBS. But after taking 10 days course again i had same issues then this new gastro also said again you exposed to infection. But from last 20 days my stomach is better motions are better and i am able to eat. Taking menoctyl, enzar forte and vizylac. My concern is that during all this i had lost 8 9 kg of weight, since from 15 20 days my stomach is better and i am eating enough but weight is not increasing. Is it normal? Should i continue with the same gastro as i am having relief as well.

I have typical ibsc...I can't say it is exactly constipation...The only major problem is different timing in routine. No medicine or probiotics works for long. No blood, no darken stool, no pain during bowel movements or no mucus / any specific abnormal particles in stool. Vitals are normal. My diet has good fiber. Drinking 4 to 5 liters water a day. 1.30 minutes walking daily. ###more than a 30 percent of 1 econorm sachet makes more irregularity. I tried almost probiotics. VSL3 , GUTRENEW & ECONORM are suits me. QUESTION is how long I can take probiotics?
