I am 20 and i am always stressed about small issues and i always panic a lot in small things which lowers my workability Please suggest some way out

First live a routine life, early to bed n early to rise, eat n drink healthy, no smoking no alcohol, do yoga meditation n excercise daily, read good books make good friends it will surely make u strong step by step.
