Flu

I am feeling a slight throat tightness , and irritation from 2 days, my body temperature is constantly between 98.5-98.7 only, I don't feel or have anything else ,only this throat things that too I guess due to weather conditions, can someone please tell me what medicine should I take to reduce this feeling in my throat? Any syrup or tablet or natural remedy?

I have acid reflux for which choking sensation in the throat ...am under medication for that plus I have swollen tonsils. but there are some white patches in my throat wall.surrounded by red lining.are they bad ?? or normal?? if bad what to do?

5 days ago , I was having fever around 99.8 with loose motions for some time and body ache and my taste and smell was gone I took combiflam and fever was gone and I was okay. Next day again was I was having fever same as 99.8 again but no loose motion then I took combiflam and i was fine. Now from past 2 days I am having little stomach ache and feels like acidic in stomach but no fever no loose motions smell taste recoverd Seems to be symptoms of mild cronona, please suggest some medications or way ahead.

Nasal congestion and white mucus coming out no other issues a bit head heaviness. That too sometimes. May be since lock down on and off this issue going on so mentally disturbing this nasal congestion urge to blow feel something stuck inside nose and when ever blowing white coming out. Hello, from past 4-5 days I am experiencing runny nose,sneezing,cold and cough with swollen tonsils or discomfort in throat. There is constant discharge of mucus from nose as well as sneezing.runny nose and sneezing are mostly in morning and also in the evening.also my left wisdom tooth has decayed with abscess. Does decayed tooth causes throat infection or swollen tonsils. Doctor had prescribed zithrox 250 but throat discomfort hasn't gone. Please suggest any medicine or treatment for the same. Kindly reply asap?

Can a normal person take Zincovit and Vitamin C on a daily basis? If yes, what should be the dosage? If it cannot be taken regularly then for how many days should a normal person take these medicines/supplements and what should be the daily dosage?
