Throat tightness feeling
I am feeling a slight throat tightness , and irritation from 2 days, my body temperature is constantly between 98.5-98.7 only, I don't feel or have anything else ,only this throat things that too I guess due to weather conditions, can someone please tell me what medicine should I take to reduce this feeling in my throat? Any syrup or tablet or natural remedy?

Sip lukewarm water with lemon n honey Drink Haldi milk two times a day Saline gargles 3-4 times a day

If severe take Syp Grilinctus 5ml at night for 3 days. Temp below 100 is normal. Any other issues, pls consult.
