I have GERD problm with tightness in throat sometime difficult in breathe .. I was taking antacid but symptoms was not improving .. I avoid the medicine n focused on lifestyle changes , drink lots of water a day .. GAO between our meal to bed .. now I m improving the symptoms .. but there is little bit problm in throat yet .. but improved now I want to start B-complex vitamin with probiotic supplement .. can I take this in GERD problm .. is it beneficial !! N how to take this .. thnks

Respected Doctors, Due to some urgency my father travelled from Delhi to Visakhapatnm by train on 15th June. Since then he is having some weakness and leg pains. He is a diabetic(type2) and BP patient. I am bit worried as this is a pandemic situation. He dont have fever, cough, shortness of breathe, loss of smell etc.. Is it necessary to go for Covid test?
