Weakness and leg pain from 5 days

Respected Doctors, Due to some urgency my father travelled from Delhi to Visakhapatnm by train on 15th June. Since then he is having some weakness and leg pains. He is a diabetic(type2) and BP patient. I am bit worried as this is a pandemic situation. He dont have fever, cough, shortness of breathe, loss of smell etc.. Is it necessary to go for Covid test? Please guide us. Thank you..
