I have GERD problm with tightness in throat sometime difficult in breathe .. I was taking antacid but symptoms was not improving .. I avoid the medicine n focused on lifestyle changes , drink lots of water a day .. GAO between our meal to bed .. now I m improving the symptoms .. but there is little bit problm in throat yet .. but improved now I want to start B-complex vitamin with probiotic supplement .. can I take this in GERD problm .. is it beneficial !!
