I was having a lesion type thing 2-4 mm on skin of left shoulder top for like 2 month(attached collage photo) 3 days ago I pressed it with finger nails and slight blood came off and I applied a cream. It doesn't healed back in 3 days and red skin underneath was visible Today when I pressed it clear fluid was oozing from it and fluid was much as usually compared to size of 2-4 mm open wound. I am attaching pics , the pic in collage shows condition before(10days back)  and condition afterwards (today) And other pic makes you take a complete look of condition today. Skin around this feels rubbery as compared to skin normally. What could it be ..I am feeling anxious .

My hubby is 35 years old. Since 3 days ,he is feeling dizziness when shaking his head. Took bp sugar report. Bp-119/47 mm/4g. Sugar is 70 & 86 before and after fasing respectively which is normal only. What could be the reason for dizziness??

Sir I am 35 years old banker and obese . but I didn't had any kind of problems in the past . but these days I am facing a lot of issues . major one is back pain . once I get back from office and lay on bed I am unable to stand back easily . my back feels stiff and severe pain is there . I am also having constipation issues . I am not diabetic till date but when I checked my diabetes at home it was on the higher side . I feel tired all the time . kindly suggest me what test should I go through and what kind of treatment should I take .
